Whatever the month you choose for your wedding day, there is always a variety of blooms available from your wedding florist. Just be sure to make the booking for your wedding flowers at least six months in advance... but preferably 12 months in advance.

You will find the greatest variety in naturally grown flowers during Spring and Summer, since this is when all the flowers are in bloom with no help from the flower growers. But if you are planning a Fall or Winter wedding, your florist will still be able to obtain a good selection of popular wedding flowers, because they are also grown in hot-houses for this kind of special occasion. However, you must expect to pay more for hothouse flowers because of the extra cost and trouble in growing them indoors.
